Amy Adams

"I believe every person carries a spark meant for the world. My work is helping leaders see it clearly and build the systems to bring it to life."

I have spent nearly two decades inside complex organizations, from law firms and in-house legal teams to a startup portfolio spanning 15+ companies across 12+ practice areas. That experience taught me how systems work, where they break, and what it takes to build infrastructure that actually serves the humans inside it.

Today, that work has expanded into AI adoption, sustainability strategy, and building bridges between purpose-driven professionals who are doing meaningful work in the world. Whether it is training a law firm on AI, advising a clean tech founder, or connecting leaders across the sustainability ecosystem, the through-line is always the same: clarity, structure, and a deep respect for the people doing the work.
