Amy Adams
15 years inside law firms and legal operations. Every seat at the table except the attorney chair. Then she was brought on to support a portfolio of 15 startups across 13 legal counsel teams, where she became an early adopter of AI and automation to scale a lean legal budget. She saw what these tools could do when someone actually knew how to use them. Now she trains the teams she used to work alongside to use AI with confidence, governance, and measurable results.
The Story
Why I built AIReady™
I spent 15 years inside law firms and legal operations. Every seat at the table except the attorney chair. Legal ops, practice management, technology implementation, vendor relationships, firm administration, and training.
The turning point came when I was brought on to support a portfolio of 15 startups. We needed to move fast, and the legal budget was lean. I had to find ways to amplify my paralegal skills across 13 different legal counsel teams and 15 operating companies. That meant becoming an early adopter of every tool I could find: Zapier for automation, AI-powered legal tech for research and drafting, and workflow systems that let me deliver better work product faster than any single person should have been able to.
AI did not replace my expertise. It multiplied it. I could get work to the finish line before it even needed to be reviewed by counsel. I could manage the volume that would have buried a team twice my size. And I saw, clearly, what this could mean for every legal professional who was still doing things the slow way.
When generative AI arrived in the mainstream, I watched a familiar pattern begin. A firm would invest in a new platform. The team would receive login credentials. And then the real work of adoption would stall, because nobody was bridging the gap between having the technology and actually knowing how to use it in the context of legal work.
The vendors trained features, not workflows. The CLEs taught concepts, not adoption. And the people who needed the most help were the ones least likely to ask for it.
So I built what I wished had existed for every platform rollout I had lived through: a structured, role-based training system that meets legal teams where they actually are. Not where vendors assume they are. Not where CLEs pretend they are. Where they actually are.
That is AIReady™.
What Makes This Different
Built from the inside out.
Vendor neutral
We support and guide you on platforms that serve your business needs. We have trained on 25+ legal AI tools and do not have a sales relationship with any of them.
Role-based, not role-blind
Paralegals, attorneys, and firm leaders have different concerns, different workflows, and different obligations. Every path we build reflects that.
Governance from Day 1
We do not teach teams to use AI and then figure out the rules later. Ethics, verification, and data protection are woven into every module from the start.
Real workflows, real data
Our training uses actual case files, real firm processes, and the specific tools your team already has. No generic demos. No hypothetical scenarios.
